MAIL FORWARDING & ACCOMMODATION ADDRESSES

Telephone Answering Service

Read about our exceptional privacy measures here

As a subscriber you are entitled to use up to two names for receiving mail at your Irish address. This can be any combination of business or personal names.  Extra names can be purchased for €25 per annum.  All mail will be forwarded to any single name and address that you specify - worldwide . You can change this forwarding address as often as you want.  We will accept ordinary mail, registered mail, packages and courier services on your behalf.

Your letters and packages are placed unopened (and unfolded) in a fresh envelope and posted to your private address.  There will be nothing on the envelope to indicate that your mail has been routed through a mail forwarding service. Your letters and packages will be forwarded to you as often as you wish.  Mail can also be held pending further instructions.  Urgent mail can be forwarded using various express and courier services.

If you are already paying more than €150.00 per year for a mail forwarding service that you are infrequently using then we have the answer for you.  Low volume users have a choice of four flat rate subscription options (€125, €180, €280, €390).  Flat rate fees include all Airmail postage and handling fees. Flat rate is explained in detail in our "Flat Rate FAQ".

You can also subscribe to our more conventional annual fee, plus fee per item service. For letters and packages up to 250 grams we  charge double the postage to cover the cost of postage, envelopes and handling charges.  This fee drops to 45% for heavy parcels and courier services. These rates and Irish postal rates are listed here.

We allow delayed subscriptions - usually for one months (Sometimes we allow delayed subscriptions of up to three months depending on the level of service you are subscribing to. This is ideal where a start-up business needs their new address in advance (usually for printing, advertising etc).  It is also useful where individuals want to give out their new address in advance of starting that world tour.

Delayed subscriptions only apply to annual subscriptions and must be paid for in advance.

If you have a query about a particular letter or package, you can telephone during Irish business hours.  ( Monday to Friday  10:00 - 16:00  UTC/GMT ) excluding Irish holidays.  A list of holidays for the current year is available here.

If you wish you can arrange to pick up your mail in person.  This can only be done by telephoning and making an appointment.  Appropriate ID and a password will be required.

We never open your mail unless you explicitly instruct us to do so.  On request we will open, scan and email your letters.  We can then re-seal your mail for future forwarding or destroy it as per your instructions.

Irish  Stamps

(Eire = Ireland)

What is remailing ?  To prevent your real location being discovered, your outbound mail (mail you wish to send from your Irish address) goes through a roundabout mailing process.

How it works: You address your outbound mail to the persons or organizations that you want to receive them.  Use your Irish Office address as your return address. You seal the envelopes but do not put stamps on these envelopes . You then place them all in a large envelope and send it to us. When we receive this envelope, we will then put Irish stamps on all the enclosed envelopes and mail them for you.  When these letters arrive at their final destination, it will appear as though you mailed them yourself from within Ireland. (Full instructions here)

We can also send you some blank Irish picture postcards.  You fill them in, send them back to us in an envelope and we will post them using Irish stamps.  As far as the recipients are concerned you are on holiday in Ireland.
